Kaitlin attended Penn State University in State College, Pennsylvania from 2009 until 2011. During that time, she went to Orlando, Florida for a six month internship with the Walt Disney Company. In 2011, she transferred to The Art Institute of Pittsburgh, where she graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Media Arts and Animation.
In 2014, she was hired as a 2D/3D Artist and Animator at Ryno Production, Inc. located in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania. She was employed there full-time from January 2014 until August 2017. Since then, she has been a full-time Design Animator at Komatsu Mining Corporation located in Warrendale, Pennsylvania, as well as a part-time animation tutor, and an adjunct Visual Arts instructor at Penn State Behrend.
